Create Instant Motivation to Exercise By Jon Benson

Use the phrase “I’ll do it anyway.” No matter what you are trying to talk yourself out of, as long as it’s a good thing, use this phrase.

Say it over and over again. In your head, you’ll hear… “I do not want to workout today…. but I’ll do it anyway.”

The phrase “DO IT” is very powerful. It triggers an action response rather than just a feeling. Give it a shot.
